What is available

MopBid offers a free calculator, an explanation of its formulas and fictional sample reports for ordinary US offices. No paid service, checkout, guaranteed turnaround or customer contract is offered on this site.

Calculator inputs and downloads

Your inputs are processed in your browser’s memory. The site does not upload them, email them, send them to an AI provider, or save them automatically in browser storage. Reloading or clearing the page removes the current inputs. Files you deliberately download remain on your device; keep owner reports and JSON/CSV exports private.

Importing an owner JSON file reads it locally. The client proposal excludes internal wages, person-hours, cost breakdowns, overhead and margins. Review every file before sharing it. The published sample reports contain fictional inputs only.

Hosting and analytics

The site adds no analytics, advertising pixels or application cookies. Cloudflare hosts and secures the website and may process connection information such as IP addresses and requests to operate its service. Security features controlled by the hosting provider may use their own technical data or cookies. Cloudflare privacy policy.

Email enquiries

The contact link opens your email app. Sending a message voluntarily shares its contents and your email address with pocketuniverselabs@gmail.com, using Google’s mail service. It does not subscribe you to marketing or create an order. Send general questions or feedback; do not include customer addresses, payroll, building access codes or other confidential information. You may use the same contact to request deletion of an enquiry.

Use and limitations

Use owner-approved task times and costs and verify the results before preparing a real bid. The calculator does not inspect facilities or certify production rates, market prices, labor obligations, taxes, contract terms, profitability or contract awards. Its scope is ordinary US offices of 2,000–25,000 square feet with 1–15 task lines. Specialist, medical, school, government, biohazard and industrial work fall outside that scope.

Fictional examples illustrate arithmetic. They are not testimonials, actual customer results or market-rate recommendations. Downloaded proposals are drafts for your own review and approval.
